Default Different Schools as a Ranger?

I'm thinking of enlisting into the Army with a contract to become a Ranger. I forgot what the MOS is. But I was curious if by any chance once you make into the Ranger Regiment, if you make it, if you can apply for further training through different Army run Schools. See my main interest is to become a Special Forces Engineer, but since you have to be 20 to enlist with the 18x contract, I plan on just waiting till I'm an E-4 to try out. But as a Ranger I want to be able to take some form of Mountain/Arctic Warfare Course. Such as the courses that are taught at the Northern Warfare Training Center at Fort Wainwright in Alaska. Is that possible?
