Seriously, you need only post once and someone will get to it and answer it if they can.

I've got kids to put to bed right now and don't have time to read through it, but give it time, someone will answer it if they can.

For one, if you feel that you aren't being 'taken care of' by your recruiter, then shop around and find one that you feel will help you reach your goal.

Secondly, have you filled out a FAFSA to apply for student aid? FYI, if you are enrolled in college, you can defer payments on your past student loans.
