Default to the army wives

Hi my husband is about to graduate from basic training this month and then he's off to Fort Gordon for AIT i want to know if i can start sending him care packages once he's there and if so what kind of stuff can i send him. I've never sent anyone a care package and dont really know what should go into one. I welcome and appreciate all good ideas. Sorry for the big font but my eyesight is shot to hell.

you can start sending care packages as soon as you get his adress, which should be alot faster then you got the basic training one. at ait they can have almost anything (still no porn i think) so send anything. i sent my husbnad money mainly because he went to the store and bought things like a fan, radio, and other things like that.

My husband REALLY loved getting pictures and cards form all my little brothers and sister... Just little stuff is really what they want.. Also my hubby wanted a CERTAIN kind of body wash and CERTAIN razors for his face so i sent thoose... I also SNUCK stuff in for him (it wasent easy lets say that) but he needed some little get me up pictures and a cig. here and there... Send stuff you know he is going to need.. My hubby went to Fort Lenoardwood in WINTER so i sent plunty of carmex (for chaped lips).. also send him some of his favorite candies and throw in a lill extra for his friends... Anything counts... make sure you keep sending letters EVEN if he gets to call.. Towords the end I mostly sent I MISS YOU cards... It takes a long time to write all thoose letters!!!!
