Default Bad choices

so lets say that your married to a guy and after awhile cops come breaking down your door and arresting you for drug possession and selling it within a 1000 feet of a school. and you go to jail for 3 days and family finally bails you out. are you still able to join the army? if you had no idea about it and had no part in any of it, but was charged with three different charges?

i beleive if you were found non guilty on the charges its not a automatic out, But since you were charged you would need a waiver, and they have stopped giving out moral waivers for the year. If you realy want to join, go talk to a recruiter and find out if you can still join, and if you do need a waiver for sure, you could wait until next year when they start giving them out again(assuming they do). If you were found guilty, armys very strict on that kind of stuff.
