We have been at war with NK for over 50 years. The Korean War never ended with a peace treaty rather it was a ceasefire so both sides are still at war.

The Only thing keeping Kim Jung Il in place is, arguably, a US presence.

NK has a very out dated military. I doubt we're the only thing keeping him in his place. SK could probably tackle them on their own these days. But like Nightflyer said even China is getting sick with him, he's losing all his cards.

I'm worried about China, only Hong Kong has seemed to get with Capitalism. The Rest of China has stayed in a politically Socialist state. I would keep my eye on China for the time being, they could easily go either way.

I personally think war between us and China is inevitable.

Possibly, but a MAJOR source of funding for China is foreign investment.. the regime is upgrading its tactics, like Russia in a more economically savvy way, where the welfare of its people is at the bottom of the priority list... sux eh.. but they will be in a position to take on the west in the medium future...
