Special Forces Assessment and Selection

I leave August 3rd for SFAS. I been working out ALOT the past few months with countless swimming, ruck marches, and endless time in the weight rooms. Not to forget getting smoked every other hour by my squad leader.

I feel confident that I will perform well. I just wanted to hear some feedback from soldiers who went and/or made SFAS. I highly appreciate it. Thanks.

Lots and lots of school house stuff.
Be ready for that.

I wasn't SF while in the Army but I was UDT in the Navy. I'd suggest spending a little less time in the weight room & more time running. They'll run your a$$ off so might as well get comfortable with it.

One of our members, Tacky, is a serving SF MSG but he's been on here very spotty since he got back home. He's the only SF soldier on this site. You might want to PM him so he'll have it when he comes back online.
