The Army’s “Blue to Green” program, designed to allow airmen, sailors and Marines affected by force shaping to move to the Army, recently hit a milestone with the 1,000th transfer.
Tens of thousands of military families took advantage of the Mental Health Self-Assessment Program (MHSAP), a Department of Defense program of anonymous mental health and alcohol self-directed screenings, in 2006.
