Oh...well....that was not a pleasant image....moving on! Like i said, maybe not doing anything on the computer or watching tv about an hour or so before going to bed might work--read a book or something. The newspaper if you don't get to read it in the morning!

Or if you have a girlfriend, you could listen to her talk on the phone for a while. That usually put me to sleep.

i've had problems with insomnia for years.... and what always works for me is menolin... it's the hormone released when you are drifting off to sleep and avaliable at any supplement store. that and i usually listen to music soft enough to were you know it's playing, but not so loud that you can sing allong with it... good luck bubby!!

I was going to suggest melatonin as well, it's natural and doesn't leave you with a gross feeling the next day.

What do you mean "start"?

Hey for all of you advice givers be advised that jrj 1000 is in Infantry training in the British Army. So all of your suggestions about smoking weed or doing PT are a bit irrelevant.

jrj -

Have your mom give you a glass of warm milk before turning in. Worked for me. Laid awake half the night with heartburn & the rest making potty trips!

As contrary that I am I found some years ago if I drank a cup of coffee before bed I'd sleep like a rock. Not decaf either. I always knew I was built different. I woke up the other day upside down: my nose was running & my feet were smelling!
