Very true, but if if you opinion is based on ignorance or misperception, and you have no wish to change it, then I would see a very limiting career for you as a US Army officer (assuming you make it). A good officer learns to adapt quickly, be mentally flexible and accept cultures (good and bad traits) quickly and communicate accordingly.. this means loosing the attidue to cultures you dont like for what ever reason is a must... Its good to flag this now, cos later on, you wont have the time to take such time for reflection and self adjustment... I suggest you choose wisely.....

When you want to up hold democracy, you would actually want to know if the nation you
are fighting for is actually a free democracy.. thease are rare.
now your searching a way to fight for establishment which is among other things
trying to push GMO crops to the Europe behalf of one "international" corporation
which wants frankly.. to rule all the food production on this planet without
fair opposition.

when it comes to this issue, the European Union and the United States
are waging Diplomatic "war" as we speak.

when you have joined the US military, what then?

you would go and try to do as a private that what the part of Bundeswehr
is trying to do in Afghanistan as peacekeepers, but with one more loose gun?

Love to, but I have a job already, and I dont think the FFL would know what to do with me!!...

Seriously mate, I would start thinking about applying for a green card, or other European Armies.... French Army is investing and FFL is bound to benefit.... 2 REP is the unit to check out there... google it and learn more....
