Default bonus? and college debt program

im not sure i understand the whole bonus thing, according to the site i will get a $6000 bonus for having 60 or more college credits.

but i also found this
-Qualified applicants who enlist for three or more years in any MOS are eligible for at least $5,000.

does that mean ill receive $5000 just for enlisting, or do you have to meet other qualifications and will i get the 6000 and 5000 or how does that work?

-Qualified applicants who enlist for four or more years in the active Army may receive combined bonuses up to $20,000.

does this mean that's the max you can get for 4 years of service, or what?

Im not joining for the money, but i do have debt from college and if i can get bonuses to help pay that off that would be awesome. i know the college debt program will pay part of it but i dont know about the private loans, im a little confused on that, i know it'll cover the Standford ones but it also says consolidated loan program, does that mean if i consolidate my other loans it will cover them as well?
