Several questions are being raised about Obama’s birth certificate, and whether he has cleared the national security pre-requisites of the White House. Can I have more on the issue please??

from what i have been told there is an issue as to wether or not he was actually born in the US. His mother was far into her pregnancy when she made a trip over to an african nation (can't remember which one for sure). Some people believe he was actually born over there and then brought to Hawaii, and some believe that he was actually born in Hawaii. As of right now there is ongoing litigation as to wether or not the birth certificate is actually his or if he is using his sisters.

If all he can provide is a certification of birth, and he refuses to provide an original birth certificate, then he was obviously not born in the U.S.

Not that I really care where someone was born, as long as they're doing their job..

The problem that doubt of where he was born has raised was he can't be president if he wasn't American-born. The law is very clear on that point. The only exception is when a baby is born to a US serviceman overseas or someone on official US government business like a diplomat.

If he was not born in the USA he can not be the president the law makes it clear. If it found that he was not born here, the posistion should go to McCain since he was not legally qualified to run in the election.
