Lime Wire Sucks *** at Cadences. I broke down and went to the PX and bought the CD. There are other ones like Airborne, Air Assault, Infantry, Marines, Navy, and Air Force cadence CD's too. I just chose Ranger ones because I want to be in the 75th Reg so bad its not even funny.

Thanks for the list.

I have a lot of the same stuff on my playlist already.

If you are looking to add some more..I highly suggest White Zombie...pretty much anything they ever did gets me pumped to go.

You can also find Cadences on iTunes but you have to pay but they have some decent ones.

I've been toying around with different types of music to see which kind gets me more pumped for running. Ironicly, Rap is the best so far...it gives me a beat that I can jog too and if I want to sing along to control my breathing it works better than rock where a lot of it is long winded screams. Although, when in lifting, I prefer rock.
