Default Credit for AF Squadron Officer School?

I'm looking at enlisting options as a 38A (Civil Affairs Specialist). I already have a Bachelor's and Master's degree, and understand that when I enlist I could get automatic E-4. From what I understand, after 18 months time in service I'd be eligible for a secondary zone promotion to buck sergeant and was wondering what things -- in addition to exceptional duty performance -- would contribute towards securing an E-5 promotion.

For example, as an NCO, would I be able to receive credit for having previously completed Squadron Officer School (SOS) and Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) at Air University (obviously these are Air Force courses). It's military PME, but obviously not Army and wouldn't have been completed while in the Army. Would they count for anything if I enlist in the Army?
