Question what should I do?

hi everyone,

I don't know what i should do, my boyfriend has just told me that he has joined the army and is going to Iraq in May this year for 3 years!
He's only 14 and he has told me that he will be working in the medical section.
Is there a lower chance that he will be hurt in this area rather than actually fighting in the army?
How will i be able to contact him? will he get any internet/phone services?

I'm really worried and I know i will miss him so much.
please provide some tips and answers.

thank you

sze

What country are you in?

In the U.S., you cannot join the Army at 14 and no one goes to Iraq for three years. Our minimum age is 17 and we don't ship 17 year olds off to war, our Soldiers have to be 18.

Default 14??????

Your boyfriend is feeding you a line of bullshemp!!! If he doesent have the guts to break up with you like a man then dump his worthless a**!! The Army doesent allow 14 year olds to enlist period. The Army does not have 3 year tours to Iraq!!! The minimum age to join is 17 and that is only if you get your parents to sign a waiver to allow you. Army Girl is dead on...we dont allow children(yes he is a child) to engage in combat!! You need to find out what is going on in his little pea head and find out why he is lying to you like that.

Call him out! Next he'll claim he's a Navy SEAL, Special Forces Green Beret or Army Ranger. If those guys find him as a poser he's in a world of hurt!

It's been a long time since I heard a line of crap that long. Most refreshing.
