Default Breakfast?

What are you animals eating for breakfast? Obviously trying to find something quick and easy to make without sacrificing health.

Also, I think we need to add a section for this in the forums. Health/Fitness is essential.

As much as I'm into health & fitness my breakfast consisted of 2 cups of coffee (black) & will be topped off with a cheap cigar within an hour.

Shame on me!!

^ LOL

Maybe I should start with what I eat and people can either add theirs or critique mine.

Normally it is 2 eggs (sometimes over easy and sometimes scrambled), with 2 pancakes w/syrup, and within the hour when I get to work I eat an orange and a banana. Sometimes I will drink coffee but mostly tea (only one or maybe 2 cups a day). Also, lately I have been adding a serving of grits to the breakfast.

I think overall my breakfast isn't bad...but its the addings that get me, like the syrup and sugar in my coffee or tea.

Hold the phones, Glenn. Are we talking White Owl cheap or "cheap" as in a great Every day cigar like a Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real?

Usually it's just an old piece of rope but I probably have several types. Both of those brands are in my arsenal but more often than not it's a cigarillo I think I have Swishers now.

I like to have a smoke once daily. It clears the head and is a natural gateway to good conversation. I dabble in everything from Romeo y Julietas Vintage sticks to Cohibas to Patels, Aruto Fuentes, Punch, CAO and Montecristo.

Cohibas are still my favorite, but much too expensive to be a good everyday cigar.

Default Breakfast

A big ol huge honkin dip of snuff followed by raw meat (preferably roadkill) with 3 tablespoons of black gunpowder. Tastes like crap but it's really cool when you fart!

Back to Breakfast. Usually not up in time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But all other days egg whites, whole wheat toast and black coffee.
