Default hmm

hehe i just run and work-out its not really hard but it depends how motivated and lazy you are. If your lazy then you better be prepared to work alot harder mentally. If your motivated then your good to go i hope. Push ups and Sit ups are real important oh yeah and crunches they will all help you in the long run. I mean the long run the 2 mile run i think it was or was it a 8 mile hike? sry i fergot but ill look it up for ye.

Default how you can do it....

You should drink a lot of green tea, walk around with a bottle of water, try to go to as many places walking as you can. You can run and do aerobics and dancing to fast beat music too. Also, try to eliminate fatty foods, no gum, no candy, no beer or drugs. Let me tell you, there is nothing better than walking, don't run fast, just walk or job slowly for hours, try 3 hours a day, drink a lof water and you'll see the differences is days.

Hey the best way to start is to start walking. Then move up to a jog. Cut down on the junk food. The best thing is work at your level and move up as you become more fit. Start small and get stronger. Any kind of fitness helps.

Default Keep up the good work

My husband was the same way. It took him 5 months to lose 40 lbs. The best advise I can give you is work out in the morning. They say thats when you will burn the most fat and always work out for longer than 1/2 an hour. Good Luck and dont give up if its something you really want don't get discouraged it might take time but eventually you'll lose the weight
