"Loaded with B12 vitamines" ?

so you get the proper edge against anemia if your a vegetarian?

proper military rations should cover the need of B12.

humans minium intake of this vitamine:
women: 2,0 mikrog/day
men: 2,4 mikrog/day
children:0,7 - 1,4 mikrog/day

usually human who eats food from every variety, has a storage of 2-3mg
in their liver. (B-vitamines are usually water soluble but b12 gathers in the liver)
thease storages last depending from individual from 2-6 years.

if one has tendency torward anemia or one is a vegeterian the dayly supplements
are recommended. otherwise the sufficent amounts should come from the
bacteric synthethis after consuming meat, milk, eggs and such food.
in some cases of extreme stress and conditions the supplements can
make a difference if proper rations are not available.

overdose of b-vitamines can cause certain side-effects.

i wonder what else it has in it. cocaine?

nah.. could be good in the situation the site mentions.

Default EnergyFizz Extreme

All that was stated was that I found this to be a Great new Energy Drink, and you go on a critical analysis of something you have not tried.

Give it a try Doctor

Its probably great, but in my experience, pure water has always being the best source for me when under physical pressure... I guzzle loads of it, suppose it keeps me V8 going in hot times!!.....

I very much agree...Water is better...

I have heard actually, that many energy drinks are really quite bad for long-term health (if you use them excessively)...There were some studies done that lead to prohibition of sales of certain drinks (One example being "Red Bull" ) in some countries (Norway and Denmark were two of them...I do not remember the others)...

When I came back from Lebannon the first time, fit as a fiddle!!... I had 3 redbulls during the day in a pub (nothing else)and I thought my heart was going to jump right out of my chest... Got a real fright....never took it since... I drink 2ltrs of water now when training for 1hr 30 mins. I used to train 3 times a week but have done nothing for a month... trying to get off my *** and onto the track again... its hard when you like the simpsons so much and your couch is so comfortable.... GO HOMER GO!!.... WOOOHOOO

Yes, apparently Red Bull not only has as much caffine as coffee, but an additional high potency of a substance called "taurine" which is similar to caffine, but stronger...Or so I have heard...

I prefer not to drink strange new things, they always seem very unnatural to me...I prefer water and coffee... and tea occasionally...I am resistant to new ideas I suppose

you no doubt know amfetamines... and you might know where they were used first?

military is not interested in long term influences.. military is interested in progress
in its cause.

Well, I may not know much about creating a superhuman race of soldiers, but I still think water is the best hydration
