Hello,

I was divorced while deployed and was told by the S-1 that I would still recieve BAH after the divorce but at the single rate. I have been working with finance, deployed again and it is a different unit finance than my parent unit. They are telling me that the Army may take back that BAH because I was deployed when the divorce occurred. I stored all of my stuff at my own expense as I am doing now. I cannot find anything in the 210-50 to tell me how exactly they proccess this type of situation.

Can anyone point me to where I would find whether my BAH should be taken back by finance or whether it should be changed to the single rate?
