I've benn doing ok. I'm alive and kicking so I cant complain. Things are still moving slow with the Corps. I have gooten some assistance from the American Legion and also from a lady who works at the board. Apparently she noticed some things that I should point out at my hearing. I have to actually go to D.C. to meet with the board members to discuss my situation. The lady that I spoke to said that the things that she pointed out seem relevent to my case and the board members presiding over my case should take a look at them. She is also going to put that in writing from me so I feel good about the whole thing. Honestly though, if things don't work out with the Corps, the OSO told me he would give me a strong letter of recommendation to take to the Army or National Guard recommending that I be sent to Officer Candidate School because of my resilience and professional character in the face of all of this "BULLSH%T" that the Corps has put me through. Kind gesture from a man that I've only known for little over a year. Oh by the way, thanks for the drink. Man did I need it. Anyway, how have you been? It's been a while.
