I feel for those guys on Sleep deprivation...everything is twice as much of a pain in the arse

You would be quiet surprised how much SFs training and conditions are now applied to Infantry...I was surprised at the difference from 2004-20009

I imagine it wouldnt be that diferent at all..proberby a carbon copy in most areas....if you are going to model your SFs on another...what better then the SAS

I honestly think I could crack the selection of SAS if it wasnt for my fear of jumping out of a plane...everything eles I think I could have a really good go at.

Jumping out of a plane that isnt going to ditch?...scratch that

I'm praying for an Airborne slot along the way.

Those guys look to be a top tier fighting force. I think the physical toll comes to fruition when the body wants to quit. Dropping out early, not sure why they thought they could go through.

That 10 minute I assume would be a mile and a half run?

Yeah mental and physical toughness are two seperate beasts...some people ust have not got the head for it and 90% of the time you cant change that...which to me is fair enough.

Fitness can change if you work at it...but saying that you need a balance between the two....one can compliment the other

10 mins for SFs?.....proberbly 2 miles(without kit)....not sure mate

You need to overcome that fear Jrj1000, Start with the bedroom window! It'll certainly get the neighbours talking

Its like everything else in life, once you've done it, it becomes easy!

PS Am I in your will?
