Default Can anyone help me???

I'm looking for information about a soldier who passed away three weeks ago. He was retired from the Army and I'd like to learn about his military career. He loved his military life and spoke of it everyday. He was a great man, and I believe, a great soldier. I'm having trouble in my search. I can't seem to find him. I was told, thought I question the legitimacy of the source, that he belonged with the 612th Quarter Master Company between 10/06/1987 - 07/31/1992. He was SP4 US Army.

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to how I find his military record?

Thank you so much,
adrien

Write or call the VA and request the information under the Freedom of Information Act. They should be able to provide you with the information you need. Good luck. KV
