I have a question about the American Forces on joint missons, to what level
do the command structures intergrate eg. Brigade, Regt, Battalion, Coy, Plt .

It depends on the nature of the operations. You need to be a bit more specific with your question.

Default Joint Operations

As an example the invasion of Grenada if the army, navy and air force are involved
what is the command structure considering all three elements. Who runs the show is
local on site, or remote command and control.
