yep.. i would go for good rowing machine.
Yes, I have an all-around workout schedule, to include long distance running. As far as strength training goes, pullups and chinups are great. Very challenging, especially pullups.

It seems my body demands the same amount of intake regardless of the lack of calorie burning excercises. As soon as winter is over, probably July in these parts, I've found a nice 12 mile trail with some good hills to hike on. Hopefully that'll do it. They say the older you get the harder it is to lose weight. We'll see. I'm definitely limiting my caloric & carb intake. Now it's only a gallon of ice cream a day & 3 bags of chips plus my usual 5 meals.
LOL, . Soon you'll be down to 3 meals, a half gallon of ice cream, and 2 bags of chips.

I haven't ordered mine yet but I plan to this week. I'm sure it's challenging but thats what I'm looking for... a challenge and results.

Today wa my first day on the P90X workout and I will tell you.....IT HURTS LIKE HELL! But it feels great. After all, pain is weakness leaving the body. I'm excited! Maybe I won't be a 157lbs skinny man forever after all. I'd say 180 is sufficient.
