yep warrant officer school is the best route. you need atleast a 110 GT score, Score 90 or higher on the revised Flight Aptitude Selection Test (FAST)...after that, you go to WOCS for six weeks and then go directly to the flight-training program. In my company we need a letter of reccommendation from a CW5 and my commander but im not sure if thats just us as a flight platoon or if it applys to everyone.. and if im not mistaken you will have to have atleast 4 years of retainability afterwards.. as a commissioned officer you can still fly but not as much as a warrant... hope this helps
