did you look into ROTC? most major colleges have them, and mine is really great about telling yuo what will disqualify you and what you can get waivers for. they will do waivers for almost anything...

anything involving fraud might be pretty tough to waiver, but ask a recruiter, he will let you know honestly...he isn't gonna tell you yeah, sure we can do it, then flip it on you later.
