I am 71 inches tall and weigh 209 pounds. I am in descent shape an have around 25% body fat. Can someone please direct me to the chart that they use. Also before I get shipped of to boot camp What will I have to do as far as a physical test?
Like will I have to run a mile in a certain time to qualify for joining or do so many push ups?
This should help you out on weight standards.
Also the mile you need to be able to run in 8:30 - Do three pushups in one minute - 17 situps in 1 minute.
