but no the benefits don't stop just because you don't live together ..if it is his child then he has to support it til it is at least 18 years old.. no matter what.
and the military will not let him get away with that .. go to a jag attorney
that is a military attorney.they will help you get what you need and what your child deserves. best of luck to you.

Thanks,but my husbands regiment has moved to hohne(in Germany)and I live in osnabrück(in Germany) it's about 190km away and my car isn't that save so I can't just drive up there.And my cousin already said that I could phone his regiment but then I need to know his rang number which I don't know....and yes I've got the military identification card...and I've got the abbey cash card to...but because of the problems now that I've got with him he wants to take these cards of me..but I didn't gave him these cards because we're not divorced yet...
and I've got an other question,my husband said that when we don't live together the child benefit will stop to because that's the English law!Is that right?love to you=)..we wives really must stick together...
