You made me feel so much better. I laughed, got tears in my eyes and got goose bumps when you described life at home with your son. I have felt the same way. My older boy is 28 and when he was home he worked and ran around. He only came home to rest and shower. He has been in the army for about seven years now. He is a Sergeant. My younger son really floored me when he said he wanted to join the Army. He just never seemed the type to me. He always stayed close to home. Even when his friends would call and ask him to go out he would not want to go. But he loves it. At this point he is an E2 and will be graduating from AIT this spring.
Am I supposed to post the messages? I see the way I was doing it required space. I don't want to clog up anyones inbox. Thanks!!!

I just noticed your message. This heat is disgusting. Guess we got spoiled last summer. I just got my utility bill. UGH!!!! It included the two weeks Matthew was here so that might be some of it. He does shower a lot.
